The hotel has clean rooms with two small single beds, which may not be everyone's first choice, but they were adequate. The thin mattresses were reminiscent of camp beds or sofa beds. Despite this, we would definitely stay again as the price was more reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. The service was very helpful and friendly, making our stay enjoyable. The location is convenient, being near the A1 and Teeside, although some may find the dual carriageway location noisy. Overall, a positive experience with some minor drawbacks.
